About Me

Why coaching?

Hi there!

I’m Jen, a life and leadership coach, and a Senior Practitioner Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). With over 20 years of experience across the non-profit, education, healthcare, and faith sectors, I support women who care deeply about what they do to find a way of living and leading that feels more sustainable and like their own again.

Does this feel familiar?

You’re capable, thoughtful, and committed to making a difference.

From the outside, things may look steady you’re someone others rely on, someone who shows up. But internally, it can feel more complex.

You might be carrying a level of tiredness that rest alone doesn’t fully shift. Or noticing that your sense of direction, or confidence in yourself feels less accessible than it once did.

Perhaps you’re asking:

  • What do I want now?
  • What would feel sustainable for me?
  • Is there another way to do this, one that doesn’t cost me so much?

If so, you’re not alone and there are often very real, understandable reasons for feeling this way.

Why I do this work

I’ve spent my career alongside women in purpose-led roles, and I’ve seen how easy it is for capable, big-hearted people to keep going far too long after something in them is asking for attention.

I’ve also experienced this personally. Navigating perfectionism, people-pleasing, and burnout taught me how quickly we can lose access to our own needs and direction while continuing to meet everyone else’s.

What I’ve learned, both personally and professionally, is that meaningful change doesn’t come from pushing harder. It comes from creating the right conditions for clarity, energy, and self-trust to return.

How I Can Support You

I work with women in vocational and meaning-driven roles, including ministry, education, healthcare, and the charity sector, who want to move forward in a way that feels more intentional and sustainable.

Together, we create space to:

  • ease patterns of overwhelm and rebuild energy at a realistic pace
  • reconnect with your values, voice, and sense of direction
  • explore confidence in a way that feels authentic, not performative
  • consider changes in work or leadership with clarity and care

Some clients come feeling stretched and depleted. Others feel stuck, uncertain, or quietly disconnected from themselves. Many are somewhere in between.

Wherever you’re starting from, we work in a way that respects your capacity and your way of thinking, without pressure to move faster than feels right.

Why now?

You might be wondering whether now is the right time to begin something like coaching, especially when the wider world can feel uncertain, demanding, or hard to predict.

In many ways, it’s precisely because of that uncertainty that this kind of work can be helpful.

When external circumstances feel changeable or outside of your control, having a clearer sense of who you are, what matters to you, and how you want to respond can offer a steady point of reference. Not as a way of having all the answers, but as a way of moving through complexity with more intention and self-trust.

This isn’t about adding more pressure or striving to “get it right.”

It’s about creating a space to pause, reflect, and orient yourself, so that your decisions and way of being are shaped less by reactivity, and more by what feels true and sustainable for you.

You don’t have to wait for everything to settle before turning your attention inward.

Sometimes, it’s in the midst of change that this kind of clarity becomes most supportive.

Is It Time for Your Revolution?

Every revolution starts with a moment of decision — a choice to stop accepting less than you were made for. If something here resonates, you’re welcome to get in touch for a conversation.
